Kissimmee the atmosphere quickly becomes quite rural. We are proud to be
able to offer villas in quiet neighborhoods that are only minutes from
the shops and restaurants of Hwy 192.

Our homes are located in Kissimmee! Probably because
the planes land there everyone thinks of Disney World and Orlando.  We
use "Orlando" in our ads because it is what people are looking for.
Our villas are not in Orlando. A quick look at
the map will show you that Kissimmee is the place to be! We know that the
majority of our customers are coming to visit with the Mouse and so we
have selected locations that are at the very most 15 minutes away from
the magic.
